To reach Jolly Buoy Island, one has to first reach Wandoor by road. Wandoor is 28 kms from Port Blair and the best mode of transport is the government bus. Regular bus service is available from Aberdeen Bazaar bus stand at Port Blair. From Wandoor Jetty, one has to catch the jetty to reach Jolly Buoy Island, which takes about 45 min.
